My Philosophy
How I think about space influences how I work with it.
Places store our memories through objects, scents, and sounds. In many ways they are a witness and companions to our daily life. The atmosphere of a room can shift our mood, our energy levels, and even how we relate to each other. Defining space as a collaborator in our lives adds importance and meaning into how we treat the spaces we inhabit. Cleaning out the pantry is an exercise in organizing objects, but it is also shifts how we operate in that space.
Working with our spaces is less about perfect decor and more about making sure they support us and feel good.
